Objectif
To ensure all associate in the Housekeeping department understand their working schedule and responsibility. Tardiness and no show should be inform to the manager.

Departments concerned
Housekeeping.

Procedure
  1. All associate will always be on time for their scheduled shift and allow them enough time to change.
  2. All associate will enter the property through associate entrance, NOT through guest entrance.
  3. When it is unavoidable that the associate is either late or not able to come to work because of sick or in emergency situation, they must notify their manager or supervisor at least 2 hours in advance to their scheduled shift.
  4. Tardiness and “No – Shows” without notification will result in disciplinary action.
  5. Associate to report to their manager or supervisor for their daily assignments.
  6. Daily assignments will completed within the required time.
Daily assignments will be turned in to manager or supervisor before leave the property
