A. Action
1. Go to stewarding area and take the dustpan and soft brush2. Sweep broken glass. Hold the dustpan with your left hand, and the soft brush with your right hand.
2. Bend down, and carefully sweep the broken glass into the dustpan, using the soft brush
3. Repeat until all glass has been swept off the ground.
4. Check area again and Ensure all glass has been swept away.
5. Go to breakage box and slowly empty broken glass into the trash bin.
6. Go back to the stewarding area.
7. Place dustpan and soft brush in proper place.
8. Ensure dustpan is wiped clean with the brush
9. Fill out breakage report. Indicating item broken, date, by whom and reason.
10 Inform your superior of what was broken.
