A. Dealing with damaged laundry
1. Listening carefully and show our empathy2. Apologize for his/ her inconvenience
3. Thanks the guest for their information.
4. Log the complaint in the incident log and close once the problem has been resolved
5. Check with the Housekeeping Administration Manager to verify the damage occurred.
6. Find out if the clothing item damage during the process or has damage before the process.
7. Contact the Director of Housekeeping or Duty Manager to follow the issue to the guest.
8. If hotel did not cause damage, every effort should still be made to assist the guest.
9. Ensure the issue is recorded in the system.
