A. Display of laundry and dry cleaning slip

READ ANOTHER SOP : HOUSEKEEPING SOP REPORT TO MANAGER

    Laundry and Dry-Cleaning slip shall accurately and clearly display:
1.    Days and hours of service.
2.    Charges and damage responsibility.
3.    Guest’s name and room number.
4.    Options for service (express, same-day, overnight).
5.    Slips will be printed in English and need to be carbonize copied
6.    Following options must be available – folded, on hangers, starch.
7.    Special request section must be available.
8.    A copy of the laundry and dry-cleaning slip must be returned to the guest with the laundry.
9.    The guest will not be charged for wash and/or dry-cleaning service which does not meet the hotel quality standard.
10.    Guest will be notified of any discrepancies before delivery.
11.    Discrepancies between guest count and property count will be resolved as soon as possible.
